Close to London & Kent the Lakeside Karting Race Track, Essex, offers one-to-one go-karting lessons with one of our highly skilled instructors.
Whether you just want to get one over on your mates or you want the bragging rights in the office, tuition from one of our highly skilled and experienced instructors will see your laptimes tumble.
Our tuition is available for all standards of driver, from the novice driver just wanting to know the basics, right up to the experienced racer looking to shave off those last few tenths.
We tailor our go karting lessons for adults to suit your individual driving skills and tailor our go karting lessons for juniors to suit the driver's age and experience.
All our instructors have raced themselves and know our track better then anyone, so if you really want to fly and fill your cupboard full of silverware then call the booking team and get yourself booked in.
Our personal tuition fees start at £92, providing personal programmes to ensure you learn what you need, vastly improve your karting skills, record great lap times, and hopefully make it on to that podium!

FAQs
When should I arrive at the circuit?
You will be given an arrival time when booking. For events this will be 1hr before your track time, for practice, 45 minutes beforehand. Please ensure you are not late as if you arrive after this time even by 5 minutes this may affect your time on the circuit. If you are more than 10/15 minutes late you may lose your slot altogether. If you are late, you will not receive a refund under any circumstance.
Is there adequate car parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking for all.
Do I need a driving licence/special licence to race?
No, we have many regular customers who hold no licence at all. We provide full instruction and all drivers must attend a safety briefing and view the NKA (National Karting Association) safety video briefing.
